Why?!

I am a who, what, where and why kind of person. Although I love to read a wide range of material from factual to science fiction. I am finding it harder and harder to watch anything on TV including the commercials. I have called it, "The Idiot Box" for a long time, which to my dismay is turning into a fairly accurate description of the thing. As the list of programing that has absolutely NO value what so ever is definately getting longer and more mindless. I wouldn't have thought this possible a few years ago. What use to be news is becoming more and more just one persons' opinion on the subject, which is frequently not at all objective but subjective.

So I have decided to start a blog that asks questions in an attempt to get you thinking and hopefully talking about some of the things we are watching and reading.
