Union advertizing in Saskatchewan

How can the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses claim that the closure of rural hospitals is due to a shortage of nurses? When the reason for these closers is the same reason rural schools are being closed. Which is based on economics eg: the number of people using the facility verses the cost to run it. So why is this false statement being allowed to circulate unchallenged by anyone including the media. There are laws that govern advertizing, which provide fines, and possible jail time (to repeat offenders) for making false or miss leading statements in any form of public advertizing. So why do the Unions in Saskatchewan seem to be allowed to get away with lying outright to the people of Saskatchewan without being held to account?
Where is all the money coming from for all theses ads?
These ads tell us they are working hard to keep us safe, and what a good job they are doing.
Really?? Then why are there more people than ever accessing the food banks in Saskatchewan? Why do our cities have the highest crime rates in the country? Why are our roads in the worst condition ever? Why are a large number of our schools not meeting the minimum level of education required by the Provincal board of Education? Why is the health care system such a mess? Yes the government is working on improving wait times for surgery. There shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. Remember that for the government and unions of this province to be working on a problem doesn't mean their are ever really going to do something about it. Yes other provinces may face similar problems but they are also dealing with a much larger population base than Saskatchewan. Come on people!!! The Greater Metropolitan city of Toronto alone has four times the population of this whole province!!
So why do the unions and NDP government of this province being allowed the lie? Believing the lie doesn't make anything right. (It might make the people who should be doing something about these problems feel better about not doing their jobs properly.) Nor does it change anything for the better. There are real problems that need to be addressed in this province, and pretending that they don't exist is not the way to solve them.
I don't know about you, but I hate being lied too!!
